Why does this website keep logging me out every time I start winning? I am very angry about PlayOJO. My wife and I have put in over 400 CAD this month playing 0.20 spins and haven’t had a single win over a few cents. It’s a rotten website. They say nothing gets in the way of fun but the site crashes constantly and the payouts are non-existent. I’ve been getting payouts of like 0.08 and 0.15 on a 0.25 spin, it makes no sense. I am furious about the recent games on PlayOJO. I have been a member for a year but lately something is wrong. I am having a serious issue trying to get my money out of this casino. I won 600 CAD but the site is telling me I need to add a bank card and there is literally no option to do that in the settings. I have looked everywhere and its just not there. I tried contacting the support team through the chat and I waited for 35 minutes and nobody ever came to talk to me. What am I supposed to do now to get my funds?? You guys are just taking money and not letting people withdraw.

I am extremely unhappy with this site and I want my account closed now. Why is the minimum deposit 35 CAD?? That is way too much compared to other places. I have been trying to withdraw and close my account but nobody is helping me. I sent multiple emails and I only got one response saying it was sent to another department but that was days ago. I am very sad about my withdrawal on play ojo. I deposited money using my card linked to Apple Pay but now I cannot withdraw my 600 CAD using the same method. They told me I have to use wire transfer but the process never completes and the screen just stays white. I have tried this four times now! I messaged customer support and they told me I must use my registered email address but that is exactly what I am doing to send the emails. They recognized my Apple Pay instantly to take my money but now they are just stalling.

I tried my luck with 60 CAD, and then won some money. Obviously I wanted to withdraw this 850 but it is just taking forever. I couldn’t even get past their stupid chatbot to speak to a real person.
