its a cool game but the wins and bonuses disappear once u reach the gold tier. my friend won 15k right away with barely any deposit but ive spent thousands and got money. another casino that gets tighter the more u play i guess.

I have major concerns about the VIP program here. I have been stuck at GOLD VIP for eight months now, and even though I play almost every game, the points are not being added fairly. This is a total scam site that completely lies about their payout speeds.
I deposited $50 and managed to win $280, but now I am stuck in KYC hell.
It takes 5 or more days to pay out. All the while, they are demanding 12 different forms of verification. Do not bother

I got scammed. I tried to redeem 750 CAD and it failed verification and told me to contact support. Support responds once to explain how to verify and not why I couldn’t. They close the that message to me be able to respond.

So I start sending online support documents to verify, I also email support with documents. Then I see all my winnings start disappearing. For 6 hours I tried getting help. I even messaged but no response. 6 hours I spent and never got response.

Then eventually all the winnings were gone and I get a reply saying my verification was fixed. Its not a coincidence. Dont waste your money.

got my 65 CAD payout way faster than i expected so that was great. had the games freeze on me a couple times while i was playing but it was probably my wifi acting up. would be nice if they had more deals on the sweep coins but i’ll give em another chance.
