Oshi casino just took $1100 from my account after I finished the bonus wagering. I tried to withdraw and they sent an email saying my balance was corrected due to a maximum win amount but I checked the terms and it says nothing about that. They paid me $1950 two weeks ago so why is it different now?

i was rly hoping to have a bit of fun tonight after a stressful week at work and maybe win enough to take the fam out for a nice lunch on sunday. i deposited $45 cad and used a promo code i saw which said it was active but then nothing hqppened and my balance was just the 45. i went straight to the the chat and the guy there named mike literally told me they dont have to honor every code and only the ones they text u matter??? then he had the nerve to say just deposit another $45 and youll get a bonus on the second one. why would i give u more money when u already ripped me off on the first one! im so upset and frustratwd now bc that money was for my relaxation and it just turned into a headache. my whole mood is ruined.

Oshi is a total security risk and a joke. My Visa was hit for 4 charges totaling $420 that I never authorized and support is ghosting me. I gave them the card number and they flat out refuse to track the usage or explain the breach. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANKING INFO.

I am extremely annoyed with this site. I just spent $70 and did not get one single bonus or free spin on any of the games I played. How is that even possible??
