Moderation Policy

Step 1: AI Analysis

The moment you hit Submit, our AI tags your post with key themes and generates a rundown. All the reviews, aggregated, form a summary you see before the comments themselves. We deliberately tuned the algorithm to bring out brand perks and flaws. It allows you to scan the main info more quickly and easily.

Step 2: Human Verification

Every submitted post is vetted by a human moderator. Our moderators look for red flags AI might miss, such as suspicious IP addresses, generic comments that follow the same tune, or hollow posts.

Note on Pre-Moderation: Your review will undergo pre-moderation to guarantee its authenticity. Yes, there might be a delay before your post goes live, but we do our best to publish it within 24 hours of submission.

Publishing Principles

We will delete and/or hold from publishing reviews containing these elements:

Hate Speech

We don’t tolerate content that contains threats to property, health, or life. That is to say, any comments interpreted as inciting or justifying hatred and violence against individuals or groups based on gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or social status.

Lack of First-Hand Experience

We don’t publish rumours, “he-said-she-said” stories, or assumptions based on third-party accounts.

Exception: We allow reviews from the author’s close relatives if they were directly involved in the experience.

Duplication

We block reviews that are duplicates of your previous posts or are copied from other resources.

Spam & Manipulative Activity

If we detect a cluster of reviews from a single source or any ordered feedback intended to manipulate a brand’s rating, those posts are deleted immediately.

External Advertising

We block all direct advertising, including text links, banners, or mentions of third-party products. Additionally, any photos or videos must be directly related to the casino or service (e.g., screenshots of a payout or a game bug). Your selfies are great, but they don’t belong in a review.

Resubmission: If your review was rejected for a minor violation (e.g., being too short or including a link), you are welcome to edit and resubmit it once the violation is corrected.

The Integrity Clause & Brand Relations

We follow a strict code of ethics regarding brand influence:

Negative Stays

We never delete a negative review simply because a brand asks us to. If your experience was poor but authentic, it stays up.

Verified Updates

We do, however, believe in accuracy. If a casino updates its license, adds new payment methods, or fixes a specific technical issue mentioned in a review, we will verify the facts and update the page within 48 hours of a verified request.

No Pay-for-Play

If we establish that a review was published for remuneration or under external pressure, it is scrubbed from our system.

Ratings and reviews are the heartbeat of this community. They help every player make their next move confidently. For that, we’re grateful.
