I won 310 CAD and Betano is refusing my proof of deposit from Tangerine even though the bank confirmed the transaction went through. They are demanding all details on a single page which my bank doesn’t provide and they won’t escalate the ticket. Now they are saying they’ll return it by bank transfer in 5 days but I know they are just stalling. What am I supposed to do to get my money back when they ignore the bank IDs? This is the worst site I have ever used. I have spent way too much money trying to get a bonus and when I finally got one on the Buffalo slots, I only made cad 25.
