I’ve been a loyal player for over 2 years and I usually enjoy the vibe but today was just heartbreaking. I got muted in the chat for just asking a simple question about how active it was. meanwhile other users were literally spamming about rain and posting logs which is a total Rule 4 violation and the mod was RIGHT THERE. It’s so obvious that Moderator has their favorite little circle and if you aren’t in it they just silence you for whatever reason they want. I tried to pull out 580 CAD and they failed to send verification codes for over 6 hours while support fed me the same copy-paste lies about technical issues. My account was just closed for breach of terms but I didn’t do anything wrong. They said I have multiple accounts but I don’t. I have 65 CAD in my balance and I need it back. They stole my money. I have over 1.9K CAD that I haven’t been able to withdraw for months now and today they just closed my account for no reason. This is just a Fraud. I deposit 90 CAD and did all the wagering they asked for to get the bonus. I got the link 3 days later but when I click it says not valid. I am writing this because I’m very frustrated with how the reward system works for Platinum 1 players. I have spent a lot of time on this site but the rakebacks and weeklies are not proportional to my losses at all.
