I need help because Spinmama closed my account with over 2,600 CAD in it and they are refusing to pay me. I already sent my ID cards and utility bills and bank statements from two different accounts but they rejected them saying they might be falsified which is total BS. I have always played by the rules and just want my money back. What am I supposed to do now since the support bot just gives me the run around? I am going to report this to the gaming authorities if this isn’t fixed immediately.

all the reviews here are fake trust me. i won 2800 CAD a week ago and tried to withdraw but they won’t let me use my bank card only crypto. i already sent all my info and they approved it so this is a scam. also in the middle of my game i had a big win coming and they capped it at 800 CAD and said it was the machine rules but i checked and there is no max win mentioned anywhere. they are lying to me and now say its a technical issue. i have screenshots of everything. give me my money back!!!

the support agent chloe was actually the best ever and really tried her best to help me out. i was super sad at first bc the casino took my 50 cad win and said there was nothing they could do to get it bck but then the operator in the chat gave me some free spins. its not the actual money but its better than nothing. i think i will give them another shot since they actually cared enough to to offer something. thx chloe

THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. Tried to cash out $350 and they blocked it twice for no reason. Support just gives you the runaround about bank errors then they hit me with a fake $120 wagering requirement on money I already won fairly. They just want to keep your funds until you lose it all back. Total thieves stay away.
