I asked support why the RTP felt so off and they tried to make it sound like I have a problem and told me to go to a help site. When I got annoyed and stood my ground they just BANNED my account and refusing to pay. This is straight up theft and they need to give my balance back immediately.

I’ve been around plenty of sites and this is a classic predatory move where they flag you for multiple accounts ONLY after you request a withdrawal. They stole 550 CAD from me using this flimsy excuse. They want silent losers who just depo and never win. If you win anything significant they will find a way to confiscate it and ban you. Avoid this brand at all costs they are literal thieves.
