i been playing here for months and never had issues until i actually won big today. i was playing starburst with 100 cad and got it up to over 2000 cad then the game just stopped working and said unavailable. when i refreshed my account it just said some error code and now i cant even login to talk to support it just says page not found. they always find a way to mess with you when you win and they take a huge cut of your withdrawals too like 25 cash for every 200 you get which is bs.

I was super sketched out about depositing here because I had some issues with my e-transfer not showing up at first and the chat support was being kind of annoying and wouldn’t let me wait on hold. they took my winnings and I need to know why right now. I won 550 CAD and tried to withdraw 200 of it and they just closed the request and said I broke limits. How can a player break limits that are supposed to be coded into the games??? I talked to live chat and they were no help and super unprofessional to me.
