I redeemed a free chip played through required amount and tried to cash out 100 CAD. I waited the 7 days and they said my withdrawal has been denied because I redeemed too many free chips and this is the first time I’ve redeemed one with them! After I cashed out I tried to redeem another one and it denied it so they are fakes and don’t pay. They just lie to your face.

The fake there coupons I actually received a coupon 99CHIPS and it states I can withdraw up to 150 and customer service had the audacity to tell me that I can withdrew because I have to have atleast cad2500 morenplythrough which never states in the description. This Sh!t is a lie and I want my money now.

THIS CASINO IS A TOTAL FRAUDULENT WASTE OF TIME. I’ve been on here for a year and haven’t seen one single win. They expect you to hit impossible targets like 180 CAD just to withdraw a measly 5 bucks. The math is completely unrealistic and designed to keep your money. Total waste of time and energy. I got the $80 sign up bonus and actually met the $3,500 play threw which took forever. Now that I want to cash out they are saying I have to deposit $15 litecoin to get my money. I have seen scams like this before and didnt send it but it is supposed to be a no deposit bonus so why do we have to deposit to get winnings?? I was hoping to have a little extra for my kids birthday coming up so I put in about 60 bucks and actually got lucky for once. I was up to four hundred and fifty CAD and feeling great but then everything just stopped.
