I deposited $55 CAD yesterday and it’s still not in my account. The VIP manager is really not helping me at all and I’m getting no answer on my emails… they just keep telling me to wait! i signed up because they advertise deposit bonuses and i put in over 75 CAD in total. the website was so slow that night and the games kept freezing and lagging with pop ups everywhere. i never got my bonuses which were meant to be 100% on the 1st depo and 75% on the 2nd. i went to live chat and was told i turned the bonus setting off which is a lie. i never touched it. they said they would look into it but the next day they just said they cant add them. why advertise bonuses if you arent going to give them?? its false advertising. they just take your money and run and the games have terrible rtp anyway. what am i supposed to do now to get my money back? stay away!!
