Why is my withdrawal being refused again?? I have made several deposits here and every time I win and try to withdraw you guys find a new reason to say no. You are just making up rules as you go at this point. I tried to email support about my 700 CAD but it takes over a week to get a reply and it sounds like it’s written by AI anyway. This is ridiculous and feels like a total scam.

They do pay but it is extremely slow and they cheat. I am on a winning streak and now they disabled all my deposit options in the casino for no reason. They also denied my daily and weekly rewards and all my cashbacks which is totally unfair. I have 5000 CAD in winnings and it took them 2 months just to start paying me and now it is only small payments every 10 days. Why are you doing this and when will I get my full payout?

People say it is a scam but they paid me $350 and $150 last week so they do pay out eventually. It takes about a month to get your money once you request a withdrawal and you have to be super careful about bonus rules like the $10 max bet.
