I need answers now because this is ridiculous. I won 550 CAD and tried to withdraw 200 and they rejected it and wiped my account. They said I used too many promotions and I’m not eligible for the win. How was I eligible to keep playing for 2 hours after I won if I’m not eligible to withdraw?? I actually really like the way the site is set up and the games run super smooth on my phone which is a plus. I haven’t had any technical issues with the slots I’ve tried so far. My main gripe is the constant email spam they send out. They keep hitting me with these promo offers and then when I go to claim one it says I’m not eligible because I haven’t deposited enough lately. It’s just annoying to get excited for a bonus and then get blocked. It’s a decent site overall but they need to chill with the emails if they aren’t going to let me use the codes.
