I am so annoyed with them. I thought what a lucky man to put in $75 and won $1,100?? It is upside down when I was trying to withdraw winninngs. I sent in over 18 different documents with my name and address to be verified so I can cash out, and they keep saying none can be verified. I’ve messaged them every day for a week. There is nothing else I can even send them at this point! Stay away from this site, they will do everything to not pay you out. Pretty useless app and site, don’t use it.

They capped my payout at 1,800 at the time I won 8,400 and then voided the remaining 6,600. They claimed it was bonus rules even though the bonus was already cleared with a fresh deposit. Support just repeats the same script while they rob you. I am out.

The impression it’s like the site is for letting you win at first and then the payouts just stop completely. I have been trying to get my $950 out for over a week now, and they just keep making excuses.

Why is it so easy to deposit but so difficult to get paid? This site is making it impossible for me to withdraw my winnings.. I currently have $520 sitting in my account, and every time I try to cash out, they deny the request and ask for more documents. When I finally managed to get up to 650 CAD, I tried to withdraw it and the nightmare started.
