I’m writing this because I’m 100% sure the gameplay here isn’t fair. I gain suspicion and ran an analysis on 1000 hands where someone went all-in before the river card. 686 of those hands were won by the underdog which makes no sense at all. This is a statistical impossibility! It shows they aren’t using a real RNG to produce the outcomes of the hands. They say they have a fair policy but my data proves otherwise. How are you allowed to keep operating like this when the math doesn’t add up??

This site is an absolute circus run by total amateurs. They handed my mom’s first place prize and $15 in bounties to her opponent after locking her account while she was heads-up with a 4-1 chip lead.

They demanded KYC documents in the middle of a tournament and then refused to compensate the loss when she obviously couldn’t stop playing to scan her license. Stay far away from these clowns if you actually want to finish a game.

My account was closed for no reason right after I requested a withdrawal for 115 CAD. I deposited 80 CAD earlier this month and won a bit on a sports bet. Now I’m locked out and they say it’s under review but I haven’t even done the kyc yet. I sent my ID and everything to support but nobody responds to emails. Every time I call they say wait 24 hours. Its been 15 days. Ticket #7721***. I want my 80 dollar deposit back right now if you aren’t going to let me play. What am I supposed to do to get my own money back??

I’ve been in the industry for years and know all the big players, so I thought I’d give Party Poker Ontario a real shot since I live near Toronto. I was hoping to find some good action like the old days to help with some bills, but it’s been a nightmare. I put in 85 CAD and tried to find a game, but the traffic is dead. There are zero sit and goes and hardly any no limit games running. It’s a huge poker community here but this site is a ghost town. Then they screwed me on my 50 CAD sign up bonus and won’t even reply to my emails. I’ve reached out multiple times and just get ignored. It’s so disheartening because I know how they should treat players, but they just don’t care about anything but slots. My whole weekend is ruined and I feel like a fool for even trying.

im so sick of this site stealing my money through currency exchanges they changed my cad to usd and never changed it back even after i won. now today i have ace jack on the flop and some guy calls my 80 dollar bet with a 3 and a 5 and of course he hits runner runner to win. this site is full of minions or bots i swear it. i have over 100 recorded games now where the math just doesnt add up. i want to know why my 150 deposit turned into 110 when it hit my account and why support wont answer me???

Partypoker used to be my go-to for sports and the layout is still decent enough for quick bets . I like that they have a lot of options but honestly IT FEELS LIKE THE QUALITY IS DIPPING LATELY . The promos they send out look great on paper but then you try to claim them and half the time it’s a headache with technicalities or they only give you a tiny bit of what was promised. Casino bonuses are basically useless unless you plan on playing for 48 hours straight to meet the rollover . It’s an okay site if you just want to place a standard bet but the support takes forever (like 30 hours) to fix bonus issues and WITHDRAWALS ARE DEFINITELY SLOWER THAN OTHER PLACES TAKING ABOUT 3 DAYS . It’s a fine backup site but not the best anymore.
