But when I went to cash out they told me credit card withdrawals aren’t even a thing?? Then they forced me to depo another 40 CAD via e-transfer just to “link” the method but even after that they just blocked all my documents for the kyc check. I talked to a support guy who just gave me the runaround and told me to email a verification department that never answers. Now I’m out my 85 CAD plus the winnings and I feel like a total idiot for trusting them.

i need to know why this casino doesn’t have any options for self-exclusion or spending limits. i won 2200 CAD after my verification went through and i was happy but then i realized I couldn’t stop playing and i asked support to permanently shut my account. they told me my account is closed but i can still come back whenever? that is not how it works! there is no way to set a deposit limit or a loss limit on the site at all. it feels like they just want me to keep losing until i have nothing left. how am i supposed to actually get away from this site if they won’t let me block myself? this whole thing has been a total nightmare!

Everything about the site layout is solid and super easy to navigate even for a newbie. I really enjoyed the selection of slots and the live dealer games like roulette worked perfectly without any lag which is a huge plus. However the welcome bonus has a bit of a steep wager and the support team just copies and pastes generic answers when you have a real question. one of the worst casinos ever. rtp is garbage and the customer service is total trash. everything about the standards here is low tier and the bonuses suck. VIP is lame and nothing makes me want to stay. it feels rigged if you pay attention. i spent like 900 CAD so far and zero withdrawals. im leaving reviews everywhere so i dont come back and changing my password to something i wont remember. their self exclusion is basically non existent. how do i even get my data deleted since they wont help?

finally got my second withdrawal of 480 CAD processed but man they made me work for it , after an easy first time they suddenly lost my verification and made me send a void check three different times which felt like a total stall tactic , support was pretty slow to reply to the follow ups too , i’ll probably give them one more shot since the games are good and i did eventually get the money but they really need to fix their documnet review system
