They are so slow on paying out winnings its unbelievable. I won 2200 CAD in total but I only recived 800 of those and rest they was dragging out til i wasted it all on the casino. Support is total garbage they never answer. I was supposed to be a VIP yet they couldnt prioritize me or give me any better treatment. STAY AWAY they will drag out your winnings for how long they can in hope for you to gamble it all away!!!! VERY BAD.

Hoped for some luck today cuz things been real hard lately with medical bills after my diagnosis… put in 50 bucks and actually got a lucky run on the reels. Was up to $1800 and felt so relieved like i could finally pay some debts. then i go to cash out and they say no. said i tapped the screen too fast and did two spins at $3.50 instead of $3 limit while on the bonus. a tiny 50 cent mistake after 5000 spins!
