I am having a problem with this site and I need answers now. They let me win at first but now they are refusing to pay out my 280 CAD withdrawal and I have been waiting for ages. Every time I try the customer service it is just an AI bot that gives the same generic response and doesn’t actually do anything. I emailed to cancel the account and they answered that right away but they won’t answer about the money. Now my account is locked and I can’t even log in! How do I get my money back because this is ridiculous and they are just ghosting me.

vegas hero is actually a decent site with a great selection of games. i managed to win 2400 gbp on my first go which was amazing since i really needed the cash for some family stuff coming up. the site itself is easy to use and i had no issues with the games themselves. the the problem started when i tried to withdraw my money. i put in for 1200 gbp back on the 5th and its still sitting there pending. apparently they have a limit of 3 active withdrawals and only 400 gbp evry 24 hours which seems really slow for 2026. live chat just says the same thing every day about my money being safe but support emails are ignored while they keep spamming me with bonusez. its a fine site if u just want to play but the withdrawal process is definitely a weak point.

I have a huge problem with my withdrawal and nobody is helping me. I won $1100 and tried to withdraw but $550 just disappeared. I sent the proof 5 times and they keep lying saying there is no attachment. Now they put the $550 back in my balance but it says I have to wager it all before I can withdraw???
