Where is the second half of my withdrawal??? I withdrew 1000 CAD and it was split into two payments but I only got the first one. I have used the same deposit method the whole time I have been playing here so there is no reason for this delay. I have been on the live chat multiple times today and none of the agents will actually help me or tell me what is going on. The customer service is shocking.

They put a limit on my deposit and I’ve been chatting with them for about a year with no solutions to raise it. I finally gave up and closed the account while I still had 160 CAD on the balance… it’s been 2 months now and they STILL haven’t put the money in my bank account.

Very poor site every time im on lately its the same thing. Today i put 40 CAD in and lost it in literally 3 minutes almost all dead spins and not 1 single bonus. I was only on 20 cents a spin so how does 40 dollars go that fast? Then they email me offering a deposit bonus why should i put more money in when the site is paying out like this. I would never use this site again. I was offered a deposit match so I deposited 75 CAD and used the code provided. The system said it was accepted but I never got the bonus funds. I contacted support and they were so stupid they didnt understand what I was saying. I just made a deposit of 75 CAD and the welcome bonus was never credited to my account. I’ve tried talking to the live chat staff but they are incredibly slow and they just keep ending the chat before I’m even done explaining the problem. Then I have to fight with the unfriendly bot system for ten minutes just to get back to a real person who tells me the same thing. The whole website is clunky and hard to use compared to other sites. The game is rigged against anyone playing with free money. I built up a balance and as soon as it got to a decent amount the site just burned me for all of it. Horrible site they lock you behind a withdrawal wall and after 5 attempts they still won’t let me withdraw to the card I used for my 75 CAD depo. I tried to contact support multiple times but the button is disabled and I can’t get through to anyone. Why is my account still closed?? I was playing and you guys just locked it with 165 CAD in the balance. You said I have another account in Romania but I don’t, I only play in Canada. Finally got my 250 CAD winnings paid out after a massive drama. At first they were rejecting all my papers and telling me I couldn’t withdraw without playing more which made zero sense since the site is closing down here. I was really pissed off for a week because it felt like a total scam for a loyal player of 12 years.
