I requested C$1400, and it hit my account faster than most other places I have played at recently. The site layout is decent enough and the slots didn’t lag, which is a plus.

But then they randomly flagged my account for a source of wealth check after I had already been playing for a week. They wanted pay stubs, but I work freelance and that was a whole nightmare to explain to them. It feels like they just want to make life difficult even though they already have my passport and everything else. It is a reliable site for getting paid, but the sudden KYC demands are a real pain.

Finally got my 400 CAD after they randomly locked the withdrawal for some bizarre reason but it’s all good now. It was super annoying having to file a complaint just to get paid but at least they were prompt once it was settled.

I’ll probably give them another go since they’ve been honest with the other cashouts lately but they really need to respect players more and stop with the freezes. Four hundred dollars is a lot of money to just freeze for no reason.

This casino decides to cancel my winning bets because of a glitch but has no problem taking the losing ones, Absolute genius, I decided to withdraw my initial 40 CAD deposit, since I’m clearly not welcome to win here and now I get to wait 48 hours for the privilege of them looking at my account , I’ve spent two hours on chat being disconnected and ignored, Truly a 5-star experience if you enjoy being robbed by tihs tech issues

This site is FAKE and I need to know how to get my money back now. I put in 50 CAD and tried to CASH OUT 150 but its been over a WEEK and nothing. I emailed them because they say 48 HOURS but they just IGNORED me and then sent an email saying my ACCOUNT IS CLOSED?? They said they wont give a reason and they wont reply to me anymore. How is this even legal? I have 3 friends who also tried to redeem and they NEVER got their cash either. Why are you closing accounts for no reason? I want my REDEMPTION or my DEPOSIT back immediately ! This is soooooo baaaaad.
