I am still waiting to be able to withdraw my winnings… Over 4 days waiting for technical team to add a withdraw method to my account even though I am fully verified. I paid in with my card so why is it an issue now to withdraw the same way??? Someone needs to actually answer my ticket and emails. It is finally resolved now and payment sent but it was NOT easy. Why is it so hard????

I was just looking to blow off some steam after classes and maybe win a bit to help with my rent this month. I deposited $50 CAD, and everything was fine until I tried to take out my $120 win.

Then they asked for KYC, and I provided my Nigerian passport since I am here on a student visa, but it just says error and restricted.
