im going to stick with them for now bc i have been here for years but the recent service has been a mess. i did finally get my issues addressed after a week of arguing with this new manager chris who is way more difficult than the last lady i dealt with. he was super rude and tried to say my old host was doing things wrong which is a weird way to treat a regular. losing my weekend rewards really sucked and his attitude was uncalled for. i am hopinf it was just a bad transition period with the staff changes. i will give it another shot next month to see if they fix the bonus situation before i decide to move my bankroll elsewhere.
