Customer service is VERY BAD. They would not agree, if you notice a PROBLEM in the site. More than once you will have UNTRUE PROMOTIONS and you won´t get your BONUS . They are NOT on your side. They keep saying you can use one promotion only once, and they stop listening you from the first word.

If there is any kind of problem, they leave you ALONE with it. No change to get your LOST or bonus back. I don´t wanna ARGUE with customer service ever again. Last time they send me e-mails like 2WK without a word SORRY or we will fix it.

They have very hard time to understand that there was a BUG or something on the page cos I got same sort of deposit bonus offer twice in the week. I deposit 55 CAD, but I didn´t get my bonus of course. They are like BROKEN RECORD, no listening at all. No worth to ask can they add my bonus, NO. They wont. Don´t trust what you see ! It might be sooooo UNTRUE.

I usually dont trust these sites because of all the bad reviews but honestly i dont lknow why aere they negative rate here, I decided to put in 50 CAD just to see Everything was 5/5 for real, There is no max withdrawl from bonuses which is huge, I even talked to support and they were fast und helplfull with my questions , They dont have netent games anymore but thats a small thing, i ended up with 420 CAD and it was the fastest withdrawls ive ever had Super relieved.
