I would not recommend this casino to anyone. I deposited 250 CAD and didn’t take any bonuses and when I tried to cash out 900 dollars they closed my account. When I opened the account I was using my brothers phone so it used his email and date of birth because of auto fill but I changed the account name to mine. Even though I sent all documents required in his name and mine and explained everything they refused to payout and just closed the account. I even sent bank statements showing the money came from my account. Why cant they just put the money back on the card I used?? They are stealing my money and wont answer my emails.

I am extremely annoyed because this website took my 75 CAD Skrill deposit and has held it under pending for over 72 hours now. I have been playing online casinos for years and wallets are always instant so there is no reason for this. Why does nobody answer my emails? I had a 150 CAD payout and they say its smooth but then support goes completely dark. I have VIP status at two other casinos and they actually help people but here they dont honor anything they put on the website. The loyalty program is a total scam it doesn’t do anything.
