Extremely bad experience here. Won a bit and tried to withdraw C$500, I was already verified but they asked for more docs. Finance team kept asking for more and more, even my online banking for the past month which was over 20 pages. I uploaded it all and they just cancelled my withdrawal and blocked me. Then they made me do an extended verification on Zoom which took 45 minutes and 50 questions. I finally got part of the money but they took half because they said my wife’s account is a duplicate. I told support 5 times it’s her info not mine but they dont care. What am I supposed to do to get the rest of my money? STAY AWAY!!!!!!
