impossible to withdraw winnings here. I was fully verified but as soon as I tried to pull out 315 CAD they put two documents back to waiting review!!!! shocking customer service, spent ages on the chat just to be given the run around. it’s been 2 days since I sent more info after they replied to my complaint and still nothing from them!!!!! what am I supposed to do to get my money??? stay well clear of this site.

listen to me and dont make the same mistake i did with this site. ritzslots is using the duplicate ip trap to void legitimate winnings. i had a fully clean account and $380 cad in winnimgs from a standard deposit bonus, yet they flagged me for multiple accounts despite me being the sole user on a private isp. tbh this is a classic predatory tactic to avoid payouts when players actually win. pls avoid this brand entirely if u value ur money.
