Got my money eventually so I cant be too mad , the technical stuff is actually great and the site is super responsive but man the support is frustrating , I was asking about my IBAN and BIC for a withdrawal and the agent basically told me to just do whatever I this is best lol , they really need to fix that because it makes them look bad even if the site itself is good , I will probably give them another chance since the payout was fast but hopefully I dont have to use the chat again.
