ive been using this site for a couple weeks now and had a few decent wins and the cash outs went fine so i thought i found a good spot. i sat down today after a long shift at work just wanting to relax and play some big bass bonanza for a bit. id played through about $850 when suddenly the spin button just stops working and says ive exceeded my limit. i thought it was a glitch so i logged out and back in but same thing on a different game. i went onto the chat and spoke to this guy simon who tells me i reached my loss limits. i told him i never set any limits and asked where it says that in the rules and he just kept dodging me for 40 mins saying i shouldve read it when i signed up. when he finally sent the link there wasnt a single word about loss limits in the whole thing! he just lied to my face. i was having a good run and i i am convinced they just cut me off bc i was about to hit something big. now im just sitting here angry and feel like ive been robbed of my evening and my money. its absolute rubbisj and they just make up rules as they go.
