They absolutely do not pay out winnings. I tried to cash out 450 CAD and they took a fee then wiped the other 435 CAD right out of my account. Where is the support? No live chat is ever online and I sent 5 emails with zero response. I have screenshots of the manager cancelling it then saying it was approved but the money is GONE.
