i got the 15 dollar credit and 50 spins but the spins never launched after i used the credkt. i cancelled the 4 cents left bc i thought it was blocking the spins but it deleted everything! support says i did it myself but there was no warning at all. i tried talking to management and they just gave me a curt reference to a rule. how is this fair to a new player? give me my spins back or my drpo.

Honestly was expecting another site that just takes your money and ghosts you when you try to leave. Put in about $80 just to see what happens and actually hit a decent run on the slots. They are not allowing me to withdraw my money and it is a total scam. They told me I had to make a minimum bet of 15.00 CAD to release the funds so I did that. But now my tokens are stuck. I have 5,800 tokens and the support says the minimum is 10,000 tokens now? I am not putting any more money in this place. This is theft! What am I supposed to do to get my funds back? Is there another excuse coming if I actually get to 10k?

The casino is just garbage. All the basic games are set for 94% rtp – meaning this casino is here for moneygrab rather than good expierience. STAY AWAY. Also, big scam factor is when you try to close your account, they will force you to play and stay as a customer. And that is big red flag. Don’t put your money here! STAY AWAY! I put in 45 CAD and it went straight to zero with no hits. why won’t you let me close my account?
