My withdrawal is still pending and I need help now. I did a crypto withdrawal for $120 and support says it takes 3-5 days? That makes no sense for crypto. Listen I just lost my ENTIRE $45 deposit before the transaction even cleared my account! This is a total joke of a casino and you shouldnt waste your time or money here. Customer service is horrible and they just let you lose everything before you can even try to withdraw anything!! What am I supposed to do now to get my money back because this is ridiculous. i would give 0 stars if i could. turned a small deposit into over 500 dollars and got one transfer of $5/5 out ok. then tried to take out another $40 and they suddenly say I have a duplicate account and took every cent I had left. it was literally my first day ever playing on this site so how can i have a duplicate??? they are just scammers who rip people off when they win too much. then they banned me for asking questions. i need my money back now what am i supposed to do?? total bull crap.
