I am having a huge problem getting anyone to talk to me about my account. I reached level 4 vip but the vip department doesnt respond fast enough or even at all. I have been messaging my manager on whatsapp and she never follows up. Live support just tells me to email a different address. The response time is the WORST. What am I supposed to do to actually get a hold of someone who can help? This is ridiculous.

Absolute fraud site do not give them a single cent. Deposited 45 CAD won 380 CAD and they closed my account the second I clicked withdraw. Support is a unuseful. They just tell you to wait forever while they steal your funds. TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY.

Absolute scam site stay as far away as possible. Deposited 50 CAD won 1200 CAD and they refuse to pay out using every dirty trick in the kyc book. They rejected 4 different types of address proof including bank statements and screenshots then had the audacity to ask for a birth certificate after wasting 2 hours of my time on live chat.
