Support team is just taunting me and being rude. I lost 1200 cad !in just a few hours, and when I asked them to look into some of the rounds they just locked my account , I still have money in there that I need to withrdaw right now . Where is the email you keep talking about , I dont see anythnig in my mail .. I have seen bad casinos before but this is on another level , why wont you just send the email or unlock my account so I can get my money back

They’ve basically locked me away behind a wall of paprework. When I actually tried to take my money out after a small win it turned into a complete nightmare. They are suddenly demaning my passport and my utility bills and all this personal stuff just to let me have my own cash back. Why wasn’t i asked for this when I was giving them my money ?? Now my deposit is just stuck there because they say I have to play through it all before I can even think about a withdrawal.

They process a small initial withdrawal to make you feel safe. As soon as you have a larger balance (in my case 500 CAD)they hit you with impossible KYC demands. I provided everything, including sensitive transit and account details. What did they do? Freeze my account and then claim it doesn’t exist.. like a data harvesting scheme.

They WONT release my winnings. I have 560 cad in my account and every time I try to withdraw it gets cancelled. I sent my passport and bank statements but they keep saying they need more info that isnt even on the statements.

they are just jacking me around with excuses about security so they dont have to pay out. I talked to my friends and they said the same thing happened to them here and at leo vegas too. This is FRUSTRATING

Why do you approve all five of my kyc documents just to cnacel my 600 cad withdrawal every single morning ? After my last experience at another place, I thought all these Ontario sites were just a huge scam to drain your wallet. But still I put in 45 CAD just to see.
