I see all the complaints about withdrawals but I have literally never had a single issue getting my cash. I am on a losing streak right now but that is just the nature of the game. If you want a place that actually honors payouts this is it.

I cannot get into my active bets. I have a 15-team parlay going and I’ve already won 13 of them but the app keeps telling me to retry every time I try to check the status. Truly a masterclass in customer service when their support bot tells you to clear your cookies for the fifth time like that’s going to fix their broken server. They were so “generous” to give me 40 CAD for the first screw up just so they could do it again the next day and ignore my messages. I also really appreciate the live scores that are about 2 minutes behind so you can lose your soccer bets before the screen even updates. Thanks for the “entertainment” guys you’re doing a great job of driving people to other apps.

Scam company closed my account for no reason after I won in a few bets I did. I had 340 CAD in my balance and now I can’t even log in to get it. I suggest to all of you, Don’t waste your money. Because when you win, you won’t get the money and they will close your account like they did to me. It’s ok though because I took a lawyer against them and my lawsuit will reach you soon.

Please do not even waste 50 cents on a showdown captain mode or flash draft. You will win a few bucks maybe if that and it is just a fun way to lose money. Why are the odds so bad? I am tired of giving the NFL and Draftkings my money for nothing in return. It is ridiculous.

My account is restricted and they are holding 100 CAD of my money hostage for no reason. Draftkings is claiming I deposited 80 CAD and the bank took it back but I only use gift cards specifically so this doesn’t happen. They let me play on the 80 CAD and now they want me to pay them another 80 CAD before I can withdraw? I have bank statements proving I never used my normal account for this site. I cannot backtrack through the transactions to prove I never gambled that specific 80. There is no customer support at all and no live person to talk to. I won 75 dollars on a bonus bet and I need someone to fix this now. I placed a live bet at -10000 just to win the 75 dollars but I was only credited with 75 cents. When I questioned why they told me it was because the Cad 75 was a bonus bet not physical cash. I have been a loyal customer for years who frequently uses DraftKings so this is very upsetting.
