They forced me to take a bonus and now it says I have a 30x wagering requirement before I can withdraw anything! I have been playing for hours and I just keep losing. I think this site got bought out because the games are completely different now and they suck. I’ve noticed for over a year that the payouts are just stuck on some “base rate” and real people never win anymore. I deposited 80 CAD today and didn’t get one single fun bonus or win. They are refusing to pay out my win of CAD 9,250 and I need help. I put in my withdrawal request and they keep asking for more and more documents. I won cad 950 on a promo and then they sent me another one so I played that too and won another cad 950. Now my account is suspended for “promotional abuse”?? How is it abuse if I am just using the deals they offered me??
