I have had an account for almost 10 years now and I’m finally done. You would think they would value players who stay that long but in 10 years I have only had 1 good win. I need to understand why the games completely stopped paying after my 3400 withdrawal. I have deposited almost 3500 back in since then and have won absolutely nothing back. Zodiac Casino is refusing to pay out my 1750 CAD win and I need answers now. I requested the withdrawal and I never even got a confirmation email for it. I won Cad 1200 a few months and i still have not received it yet. They are asking for proof of purchase for vanilla mastercards but i dont have them anymore because i threw them out! When i asked to talk to a supervisor nobody answers me at all and i have been waiting for weeks now. Be very careful with playing multiple accounts on the same browser guys. I have been playing a few accounts for a while and even got the VIP card but everything has stopped paying out now. The bonuses are totally pointless because you wait hours for them and then you have to deposit just to open the streak anyway.
