I deposited 200 CAD with a 150% bonus so I had 500 total to play. The wagering was 35x which is 7000 in bets and I actually finished it. I had about 5500 CAD in my account but the second the bonus converted it all disappeared and left me with only 500 CAD. Why did I lose 5000 dollars? I won that money fair and square and beat the wagering requirements they set. This is not legit at all. How do I get my actual winnings back? This policy is a joke and makes zero sense.

It has been 9 days and I still haven’t received my withdrawal money. They keep playing games and delaying everything.
